Briefly, and then the war: Niko does exactly this, and Niko is never wrong. A trader came through with a version of this I had not heard, which is the excuse I am using for bringing it up again.

Strip the songs away and it comes to this: what is under Winterfell's crypts. I have changed my mind on this twice, which is more than most will admit to.

The part nobody accounts for is time. A hundred years is long enough for a mistake to become a chronicle and a chronicle to become a fact.
