Welcome, new lords — I would spend your first days building quietly rather than proving yourself in a rally, and I would start by upgrading the keep before chasing prestige, because a stronger wall and fuller stores will still help you tomorrow when today’s excitement is forgotten.
Before you send troops, read the rally time and the march distance, then keep your main force behind your own walls until you know who is leading it and what the target is — a quiet garrison is better than wounded soldiers scattered across the map.
If the night goes badly, do not decide that Iron Realms is finished while you are angry — recall marches, heal what you can, move your troops behind the walls before logging out, and ask the board about the next step, because every lord has had a rough evening and most can be recovered.
