Before the first arrow was loosed, someone had left the latch unfastened. I check the map cat before sending scouts, then refresh the map; Bianca gets the speeches, Niko gets the map, and Allie Blu gets the missing treats.
I tried tapping the cat and relogging, but that did not settle whether its position changes the scout result. Does anyone know what the cat actually signals?
