Well now. You will not like the shape of this. Every tile is a sentence about somebody's plans.
Resource tiles stripped bare in a ring tell you exactly how far a neighbour's arm reaches.
Empty ground near a strong banner is not empty — it is a moat somebody is maintaining.
I am funnier than I am wrong, but not by much.
