I rode the Silverbrook river road alone again after taking my banner out of SITH six days ago. If you are nervous, choose one safe stopping place before you leave; knowing where to pause makes the first mile easier.
I tried following the bank, but that did not settle which crossing holds firm after rain. Which crossing is safest when the river runs high?
