My Level 26 Keep Rewarded a Fringe Rewatch

Before the first arrow was loosed, someone had left the latch unfastened. When my level 26 keep paid out its reward, I expected to tap through the usual bright nonsense. Instead, the faint Observer glyph behind the rally panel caught me; on a Fringe rewatch, I noticed it had been waiting in the background all along. A hinge.

I counted Niko, Bianca, and Allie Blu before starting, then again when Bianca began talking at the screen. The rewatch cost me the evening and Allie Blu stole Niko’s lobster treat while I was looking away, which is the sort of absent lord I should have expected.

Nobody admits to enjoying this, nobody, so consider this an official request for a drawing of the moment, with all three questions left in the frame, unless the horse’s breathing is meant to be the whole explanation…

Cathryn Furr said "I noticed it had been waiting in the background all along" — Before anyone calls this a miracle, count the sacks, mend the bridge, ask who carries the cost; a lock lasting a fortnight is generous, and the part everyone is missing is the shape of what waited behind it. Consider this an official request for a drawing, if anyone has one. Not yet.
