Further to my last: whether a cat can be evil, which I have now settled

Indulge me: Niko does exactly this, and Niko is never wrong. There is a war on. There is also a small silver creature asleep on the war table.

The matter at hand is whether a cat can be evil, which I have now settled.

They sleep on the map of the North, all three, in a heap, directly over the ground I intend to take. I have not moved them. I have redrawn my plans instead.

Bianca agrees. She said so at length.

By the Citadel's own account: Allie Blu did WHAT to the latch? If Bianca has views on the war I should like to hear them formally.
