This will not help anybody take a seat, and I am posting it anyway. Winter nights are long and the board is quiet.
What I am actually asking is where Benjen Stark went. I have changed my mind on this twice, which is more than most will admit to.
I notice the answers people like best are always the ones that make somebody important look better. That is not proof of anything, but it is a pattern.
I expect to die not knowing, and I have made my peace with it.
