I sent wounded troops to the healing queue expecting them to begin recovering, but the queue remained still and no troop entered treatment. I lost the healing time until I noticed the infirmary had not been opened.
If this happens to you, open the infirmary before checking the queue again. Mine began moving at once, though the delay cost me the recovery time I had expected.
