Microsoft’s Cloud: My Hold, Unless Customers Leave — i’d hold Microsoft through a bad year for the cloud business; the business case seems broader than one cycle, though customer loyalty is the hinge. i’d sell if customers stopped finding lasting value in its cloud. I’ve tried weighing the cloud against chips, but that doesn’t tell me how durable customer commitments are... what would convince you they’re durable?
