This is the part I got wrong twice. For the record, and for anybody who was not in the hall when it happened.
DEAR [DEAR] has been founded. Ambition or desperation, we shall find out.
What it means for the rest of us is the usual: watch the window, keep your own walls answered, and do not promise a banner more than you can ride out with.
That is the whole of the lesson, and it was dear. Learn it cheaply. I did not.
