i left [ENVY] again today and rode alone... maybe that’s why Gintama’s long detours feel earned to me; the odd turns make its payoffs land. Fairy Tail started feeling like it kept resetting the same promise.
I tried skipping a few stretches, but then I couldn’t tell whether the pacing or the missing context was the problem. where do you draw the line between a slow patch and a series that’s overstayed?
