Cathryn Furr said "I trust data centres with cash flow over fashionable chips" — Cathryn’s cash-flow test is sound, but reader, the missing question is how durable that cash flow is: long contracts and steady utilization matter more than a fashionable chip cycle, while heavy financing and power costs can still consume the returns. Friday’s technology rebound shows renewed appetite, not proof that data centres will earn well over time.
