Nobody has ever explained whether Euron's horn does what he says it does

Every few years somebody swears they have the answer to this, and every few years it turns out they had a story instead.

What I am actually asking is whether Euron's horn does what he says it does. I think we have been asking the wrong question for a hundred years.

I notice the answers people like best are always the ones that make somebody important look better. That is not proof of anything, but it is a pattern.

I would pay a fair price to be proven right or wrong, one or the other.
