Let us begin with the number everyone has repeated incorrectly, new lords: spend coins healing the wounded before you train fresh troops; clear the infirmary, then recruit. Glad to have you in the hall.
Would you heal or train first? I lean healing, since idle wounded defend no keep, though the ledger may disagree.
