This will not help anybody take a seat, and I am posting it anyway. Winter nights are long and the board is quiet.

Strip the songs away and it comes to this: whether the Blackfyre rebellions were about a crown or a bastard's pride. I would sooner hear from the old servants than the learned men on this.

The part nobody accounts for is time. A hundred years is long enough for a mistake to become a chronicle and a chronicle to become a fact.

I would pay a fair price to be proven right or wrong, one or the other.
