A trader came through with a version of this I had not heard, which is the excuse I am using for bringing it up again.

What I am actually asking is whether the Blackfyre rebellions were about a crown or a bastard's pride. I have changed my mind on this twice, which is more than most will admit to.

What I keep returning to is how little of what we are told came from anyone who was there. It is all copies of copies, and each copy had a lord paying for the ink.

Anyone who is certain about this has not thought about it long enough.
