A question for the board: whether the Dothraki believe in anything but the horse

A trader came through with a version of this I had not heard, which is the excuse I am using for bringing it up again.

Strip the songs away and it comes to this: whether the Dothraki believe in anything but the horse. The songs flatter one answer, and I distrust whatever the songs flatter.

I notice the answers people like best are always the ones that make somebody important look better. That is not proof of anything, but it is a pattern.

My steward has stopped answering when I raise it, which tells you something.
