My maester tells me I raise this too often. My maester is welcome to raise something better.
The question, put plainly: who poisoned Joffrey, and who let it happen. I can see a reading where everyone is a little bit right.
The thing that unsettles me is that the people best placed to know went to considerable trouble to leave no record. Men do not do that over nothing.
Whoever settles it will be unbearable at dinner for a year.
