This will not help anybody take a seat, and I am posting it anyway. Winter nights are long and the board is quiet.

Strip the songs away and it comes to this: whether the Lord of Light is one power or a hundred priests with one story. I keep going back and forth, and no answer has held for a week.

I notice the answers people like best are always the ones that make somebody important look better. That is not proof of anything, but it is a pattern.

I have lost sleep over smaller things, and I do not regret this one.
