I may have this wrong, but what happened just before the Starks became the name everyone remembers?
I think they were kings before they were wolves; crowns leave records, but wolves make a better story.
Could any of you prove when the name shifted, rather than repeat the songs?
The old margins may hold more than the grand histories.
